MIT Capital Development Group LLC is a family-owned construction company based in Dallas, Texas. We build custom homes from the ground up and deliver full-scale renovations across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex — kitchens, bathrooms, additions, roofing, and investor rehabs.
We started this company because too many homeowners and investors in DFW were getting burned by no-show contractors, surprise change orders, and shoddy workmanship. Our promise is simple: one team, one fixed-price contract, written warranty, and the same crew on your project from demo to walkthrough.
